Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for US employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings (941/940/W-2)
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of GA payroll tax laws and DOL regulations
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- CPP certification or willingness to pursue within 12 months
