Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now system
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FL, GA, AL)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and wage garnishment processing
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for executive team
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within SLA
- Collaborate with HRIS team on system integrations
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation
- Maintain confidential employee records in accordance with GDPR/FL statutes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification (or equivalent payroll software proficiency)
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FL Statutes 402.011-402.995, and garnishment laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
- Experience with HRIS integrations (BambooHR, Workday)
- CPP certification preferred
