Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, reports, and dashboards for executive leadership
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain financial KPIs to measure performance against targets
- Present complex financial findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
