Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% compliance
- Resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Administer benefits enrollment and deduction reconciliations
- Generate payroll reports for executive and HR stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR on time-off tracking and PTO accruals
- Audit timesheet data against labor distribution systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Expertise in federal/state tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, VA payroll laws)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- HRIS system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
