Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding and offboarding payroll documentation
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist with year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s) and quarterly tax reconciliations
- Collaborate with finance team on budget forecasting and payroll analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
