Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support HRIS implementations and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Assist in year-end audits and reporting
- Train staff on payroll procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent HRIS expertise
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and state regulations
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
