Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll including garnishments, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and labor laws
- Manage timekeeping systems and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Oversee year-end tax filings (W-2s, 1099s)
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, CO labor laws, and multi-state compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTable expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven problem-solving with attention to detail
- Experience with garnishment and union payroll processing
