Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees using ADP Workforce Now.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and net pay according to local and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax returns (Form 941, State unemployment, etc.).
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries regarding pay stubs, tax forms (W-2s), and direct deposits.
  • Collaborate with HR to update employee information, track time off, and process commission payments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data and financial records.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
  • Experience with payroll software (ADP, Paychex, or similar) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of FLSA regulations, tax laws, and payroll compliance.
