Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries promptly
- Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax returns and year-end forms
- Collaborate with HR on garnishments, deductions, and new hire onboarding
- Maintain accurate payroll records and audit trails
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP or equivalent payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, CA labor laws, and tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with automated timekeeping systems
- Proven problem-solving abilities in payroll reconciliation
