Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and MN state tax laws
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reporting
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support HR with time-off tracking and benefit enrollments
- Implement payroll process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of MN payroll regulations
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems
- CPP or FPC certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
