Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now and SAP systems
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across 15 states
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external auditors
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP and SAP certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax filings
