Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and deductions in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain accurate employee records and payroll data
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on payroll-related audits and reconciliations
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll software
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, federal/state tax laws, and garnishment procedures
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with weekly or bi-weekly payroll cycles
