Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare quarterly and annual tax filings
- Support year-end closing and W-2 distribution
- Collaborate with HR on payroll-related policy updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems
- Strong understanding of FLSA and multi-state tax laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidential employee data
