Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across Oregon and Washington
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with HR and accounting
- Implement new payroll policies while ensuring FLSA and DOL compliance
- Lead year-end processing including W-2 distribution and 1099 preparation
- Collaborate with HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee data
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proven track record in FLSA compliance and tax filing accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Detail-oriented mindset with zero-tolerance for errors
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with HRIS integrations (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
