Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly reports
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with exceptional service
- Coordinate year-end tax filings (W-2/1099 processing)
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll systems
- Strong understanding of FLSA, FMLA, and ERISA regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
