Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 100+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate garnishments, commissions, and complex deductions with 100% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage time-off accrual systems and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and policy questions
- Maintain confidential employee records and audit trails
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (ADP certification preferred)
- Expert knowledge of multi-state tax regulations (OK, KS, MO)
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software (ADP, QuickBooks)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- PHR certification or equivalent HR knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
