Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Analyze market trends to identify investment opportunities in Southwest commercial real estate
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes across 15+ business units
- Conduct due diligence analysis for M&A opportunities exceeding $50M
- Maintain compliance with SEC/FINRA regulations and internal control frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts using advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps)
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, Power Query) and SQL proficiency
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal and FactSet platforms
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue growth targets in financial planning
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate to non-finance executives
