Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time-off requests and accrual calculations
- Handle year-end tax filings (W-2/1099) and audits
- Implement payroll process improvements
- Collaborate with HR on compensation policy updates
- Support garnishment and deduction compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent software proficiency
- Knowledge of CA wage & hour regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/SUMIFS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
