Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, tax filings, and compliance with state and federal regulations (FUTA, FICA, FLSA).
- Administer employee benefits, including 401(k) contributions and health insurance deductions.
- Handle complex payroll inquiries, garnishments, and special deductions promptly.
- Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts and prepare monthly payroll reports for management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information and financial data.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in ADP, SAP, or similar payroll software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
