Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles with 99% accuracy targets
- Prepare tax documents and regulatory filings adhering to GAAP/IFRS standards
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis for 15+ corporate entities
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and KPI tracking
- Lead process improvement initiatives using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or remote accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP platforms
- Solid understanding of tax regulations (IRS/FL state)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
