Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees
- Manage tax filings and year-end reconciliations
- Administer benefits enrollments and deductions
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or Ceridian payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA and multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail with 100% accuracy in processing
