Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 100+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within 24 hours
- Generate payroll reports for executive review and audits
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Nebraska state payroll laws
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive data with strict confidentiality
