Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for Tennessee and surrounding states
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and year-end payroll audits
- Collaborate with HR on benefits enrollment, terminations, and new hire onboarding
- Develop and maintain payroll policies ensuring FLSA and DOL compliance
- Lead payroll system upgrades and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system expertise
- Deep knowledge of federal/state wage laws and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Proven experience with garnishment administration and wage attachments
