Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll tax filings, year-end W-2 processing, and 1099 contractor payments
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies through root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding, terminations, and benefit deductions
  • Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
  • Assist in annual payroll system upgrades and process improvements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience with ADP/SAP systems
