Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP and SAP systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Prepare and submit quarterly tax filings and year-end reports (W-2s, 1099s)
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on payroll-related matters
- Conduct regular payroll audits for accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP, SAP, or similar payroll software
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, multi-state tax laws, and garnishment regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- PHR or CPP certification a plus
