Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time and attendance records, reconciling discrepancies with department heads
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings compliant with federal/state regulations
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership teams
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and termination paperwork
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP payroll software and HRIS systems
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Oklahoma state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
