Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across 15+ states
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Generate payroll reports for internal audits and executive leadership
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll documentation
- Stay updated on FLSA, DOL, and local payroll regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP or similar systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
