Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for deductions, benefits, and taxes
- Manage employee time records and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Address payroll inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Virginia labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
