Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records, deductions, and tax compliance with federal/state regulations
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for accounting and HR departments
- Manage garnishments, bonuses, and commission calculations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and employee inquiries
- Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain electronic records
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and termination processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP/QuickBooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR certification preferred
- Knowledge of FLSA, IRS Form 941, and Florida wage laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
