Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during off-peak hours
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and transaction reviews
- Assist with month-end closing procedures on Saturdays
- Process payroll and expense reports during weekend shifts
- Implement internal controls for weekend financial operations
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless workflow integration
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays, 8am-5pm)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Nevada tax regulations and GAAP standards
