Responsibilities
- Perform weekend-end financial reconciliations and account closures
- Process payroll and vendor payments on Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting documentation
- Assist with weekend tax filing deadlines and compliance reporting
- Manage weekend accounts receivable/payable cycles
- Generate weekend financial statements and variance analysis
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to meet weekend deadlines independently
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-client accounting systems
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
