Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and reconcile discrepancies with department managers
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Prepare payroll reports for finance leadership and auditors
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, Tennessee labor laws, and IRS guidelines
- Proficient in Excel with advanced VLOOKUP/SUMIF skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail with 100% accuracy in payroll processing
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance
