Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to support investment decisions and business strategy
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analyses
- Develop financial models and forecasting scenarios for client portfolios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting financial performance
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, actionable dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience (part-time acceptable)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred
