Responsibilities
- Perform monthly financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting and planning processes.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and scenarios.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand their financial needs and provide support.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
