Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support budgeting forecasting, and strategic planning
- Develop detailed financial models and variance reports for senior leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with clear executive summaries
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support business initiatives
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes
- Present findings to stakeholders using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and PivotTables
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
