Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
