As our Financial Analyst, you will provide critical insights that drive our financial planning and analysis efforts. We are looking for a candidate who is meticulous, analytical, and eager to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly financial statements to identify trends and variances.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual budget reports and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
