Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial reports for stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial modeling initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Develop automated reporting solutions using Excel and BI tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience (part-time/freelance acceptable)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
