Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to enhance the overall banking experience.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the teller line and lobby.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the branch as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
