Responsibilities
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals and budgets, identifying key drivers of financial performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of complex financial models and forecasting tools.
- Support the annual budgeting process by gathering data and validating assumptions.
- Perform ad-hoc financial research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
