Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Develop financial models to evaluate new market opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard metrics to track performance
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or fintech environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling)
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
