Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.
- Support the annual budgeting process by collecting data and validating assumptions.
- Develop financial models and spreadsheets to aid in forecasting and decision-making.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records in SAP and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
