Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial statements and KPIs to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration analysis
- Streamline financial reporting processes using Excel and Power BI
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using clear data visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate or consulting setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
