- Support month-end closing processes with reconciliations
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
