Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive creditworthiness evaluations for corporate and commercial clients
- Prepare detailed risk assessment reports using financial modeling tools
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal loan solutions
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning indicators
- Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Present findings to credit committees with clear data-driven recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM and loan origination systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of credit analysis experience in commercial banking or lending
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and credit risk frameworks
- Credit Analyst (CMA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
- Experience with credit scoring models and loan portfolio management
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in remote team environments with minimal supervision
