Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasting models
- Support budgeting processes and assist in developing strategic financial plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives
- Assist in streamlining financial processes and implementing best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
