Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis for multiple business units
- Develop financial models and projections for new market opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable insights
- Assist in month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Present complex financial information through clear visualizations and summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for presenting to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
