Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Create and maintain detailed financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting workflows
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- CFA or CPA certification a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
