Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized financial plans including retirement, investment, and tax strategies
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive relationship management
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex wealth management solutions
- Stay current on financial regulations and industry best practices
- Meet quarterly performance targets for client acquisition and retention
- Prepare detailed financial reports and client portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- Series 7 and Series 66/63 licenses required
- 3+ years of financial advisory experience with proven track record
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial planning software
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Valid NJ state securities registration
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
