- Assess borrower creditworthiness using established risk models and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files and documentation in our ERP system.
- Identify trends in delinquency and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risk.
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and recommendations for underwriting review.
- Collaborate with loan officers and branch managers to resolve complex credit issues.

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or financial analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with banking software and loan origination systems is a plus.
